Course Introduction

As the world is witnessing a rapid and disruptive change, organisations are realising that command-and-control leadership is no longer viable. As a result, many companies are moving toward leading by coaching, where managers facilitate problem-solving and encourage employees’ development by asking powerful questions and offering support and guidance, rather than giving orders and making judgments.

In this Leadership through Coaching training, the delegates will learn how to use different coaching styles, as well as the four steps of GROW model in order to become more skilled at listening, questioning, and drawing insights out of the individuals you supervise. It can help them more accurately examining the team’s weaknesses, gain a better perspective about their capacities, and better take advantage of their abilities.
