Course Introduction
Managers should know what a job entails before deciding who to recruit and hire for it, so human resource management starts with determining what the job entails. The primary purpose of this Job Analysis & Evaluation training course is to show how to analyse jobs and write job descriptions then, how to evaluate the job. It will discuss several techniques for analysing jobs and explain how to write job descriptions and specifications.
Once analysing and describing the job, we need to place the right candidate in the right job. The person needs to be duly compensated for the job they perform.
